we know that receiving your new clothes in a timely manner is important and we are excited to get them to you! whenever possible, your order will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving it which means you will receive within 3-5 business days!
in times of very high traffic, our shipping turnaround time may be 3-4 business days. all orders will be shipped via usps priority or first class and you will receive an email with tracking info once it has been processed (check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it!). please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions pertaining to shipping times or tracking info.
returns and exchanges
we want you to love your new purchase as much as we do! if you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund or exchange any unused items that have been purchased within 30 days. unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of mailing the items back to us.
to initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order id # and a brief explanation of your request. after we have confirmed receipt of your request, we will email return postage and you can send the item(s) back to us. once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
if you are approved for a refund, a credit (minus return shipping costs) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
if you are approved for an exchange, a new invoice will be emailed within 3 business days to cover return shipping and any discrepancies in ticket price when changing between styles. the new item(s) will be shipped free of charge.
special packaging instructions
all orders are wrapped in industrial strength tissue paper. when buying for multiple people, please add a note to your order at checkout with any special instructions regarding which items you would like wrapped together. we will typically default to wrapping items together by size when possible.
if you would like us to add a hand-written note to an order being sent as a gift, please simply add a note with instructions to your order at checkout.
changing or canceling an order
we are unable to accept changes or cancellations to an order after it has been submitted.
damages or defects
we are obsessive about the quality of our clothes. in the event that an item you receive is damaged or defective in any way, email us immediately at email@example.com. to initiate a claim, please send your order id # along with a brief description of the issue and photo documentation. we are unable to accept claims on items that were not purchased in the last 30 days.
